Sunshine & Warmth, Snow & Frozen Souls

Last week, we returned from our one-week trip to the island of Mallorca, Spain. While Germany had freezing degrees below zero, we enjoyed a much the milder climate and sunny days. 

Unfortunately, we had to return to German winter weather again. It has been snowing the last couple of days and metereologists have declared this month as the coldest March we've had in 130 years.

Bento Lunch & X-Mas Chaos

Okay, this doesn't deserve to be called "bento" but it's a start, isn't it?

What's in this lunch box?

• pretzels
• pumpernickel 
• three different kinds of cheese

It was fun to have unpack my own little lunch box at work.

My life is pretty busy at the moment. I'm totally exhausted from the chaos at work, at home, at the stores... My family is quite exhausting, too. My parents and mother-in-law are always pretty demanding around Christmas. They all expect D & me to please them. I'm really angry about their behavior at the moment. Wish I could cancel all the Christmas visits and just stay at home.

It has been raining for days again and I didn't run a single mile. Not even Flo wants to go outside and sniff.

How are you doing? What are your plans for the holidays? Do you stay calm around your family during Christmas?
