I had a very pleasant Sunday. D, Flo, and I slept in, spent most of the day in pajamas, picked up supper from the kebab/pizza place downtown, and went to the movies. What a slow, relaxing day!
We went to see the new Schwarzenegger movie. It isn't the best he's been in but we liked it nonetheless. It made us miss the 80s and early 90s, though. Action movies were just different back then, don't you think?
My flu has subsided and only coughing and a somewhat scratchy voice are left. Hope to be rid of that soon, too.
A couple of days ago, I made hotel reservations for our stay in Florida in October. I'm so excited about this trip. A friend from Georgia might catch up with us in Daytona Beach and I'm looking forward to seing her again. The last time we met was whenn she and her husband visited me in Germany in 2000. So it's been 13 years... wow, time flies! I have to polish my English until we meet again.
