I hate my scales. They tell me I have gained 2 kgs when I should have lost them. I'm not quite sure what went wrong. I logged every meal I ate and thought I managed to stay in the range of a 1.200 to 1.600 calories a day. But I must have been wrong at some point and I wonder where?
This really is discouraging.

Maybe you will hate to hear this, but it could be you don't eat enough. I'm weight watchers experienced for many, many years and their system works on a every day 1.600 claories basis. Whenever we started to eat less we wouldn't loose weight anymore or even gained some. The latter happened to me. Hope this helps you. Don't give up!!! It could even be anatural fluctuation depending on where you are in your month.
